"Food and flavors were delicious -staff was kinda aloof (Hoss was friendly enough) but with a 45-minute waiting for hostess to finish her conversation? Before I could place the order even after mentioning, I had to order as we paid to the parking lot and were hungry at 45 minutes. She made it clear that she would end her conversation by being quite ignored and waiting to order, but that means she took her time with my questions on recommendations, so I think it is part of the corporate culture? and we had a wonderful experience after that when food was great. Desserts, food, teas were all top notch. I was particularly impressed that the desserts are completely free from any cane sugar in any form and instead use data and maple syrup as at home! Hubby is a vegan cook? Very recommended if you? not in a hurry and can overlook the above."

"Hillman is a good brewery but they have bad music. Check it out if you want good food and beer but be prepared to listen to your dads classic rock station on blast. It feels like I’m in a jeep gladiator every time I’m here. I feel like they non ironically like nickelback."

"While my pot pie waffel was delicious, the cookies were burned in the bow to the king. the total experience and service was good, the restaurant itself was quite dirty. the menu was covered in a sticky brown goo that stuck dirt on it, and there were at least three flying around the table flew and a whole friedhof on the window bench. would not return if they were looking for a sweet brunch place or breakfast."

"We had the pleasure of eating multiple times at Rye Know when we were visiting the Asheville area with friends. All six of us were very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. The Rye Knots with homemade sausages and pork belly over Brussel sprouts were our probably our favorite appetizers. Tallow fries were crisp and had just the right amount of crunch. On different visits I had the smoked meatloaf with gravy and the fried green tomato BLT. Both were excellent. The moist meatloaf and tasty gravy were a treat. Rye Knot's reinvented BLT loved the use of goat cheese was a very nice reimagination of an old standard. Others in our party enjoyed the fish and chips and the Cajun smoked mac and cheese. I also heard favorable comments about the Reuben and ribeye. On each visit, we were promptly greeted and served. The staff was knowledgeable about the dishes and helpful when asked questions. Overall good service. I was really pleased with the beer selection. All but one (the classic PBR option) are brewed in house. Wheelchair accessibility: Completely accessible."
