"My all time favourite restaurant. Fantastic food every time, never left disappointed. My son likes steak and although it is not on the kids menu, they always cook him one when requested. Great friendly service staff too!"

I thought eating was fantastic. you just need to know what you need to order. the crushed iceberge with red boron pastes, tapioca balls and taro, covered with ice are from this world! it is. huge, despicable and cheap! beyond and beyond my expectations. I'll be here again and again!"

"We had a group of 8 of us. It was nice and we ordered our food and drinks. They were quite busy. I had to collect our cutlery and napkins from another table. Then I had ordered entre' but it didn't come before the mains. Most of the people got there mains so I decided to get something on the salad bar as I was waiting for my entre'. Then most of our group finished their mains and one of our group got his main meal and we had to ask for it as well as my entre'. They said the kitchen was a shambles and then one of the group asked what are you going to give for that mistake. They gave the person who got his mains after everyone had finished a free drink and another person also. It was a good night and staff were friendly."

"I couldn't have asked for a better venue the Dale function room. Best services I have ever had, so helpful, so generous, and so just cared about our night being perfect. And the food OMG I'm never doing the cooking and catering myself again I will leave it to the chef at the Dale. I could not have done better than all the amazing food that they supplied. Everything was perfect and a great night was had by all, so thank you everyone at the Dale"

"Bad points and feedback: the arrival of the greeting customer service must be improved and time and speed buffet must be corrected. when they say they come 7 o'clock, eat should be ready by then. I don't wait 20mins plus, but I had to ask if we could start. eating was a bit cold, as if it were precooked) except the deep fried. but many thanks for the warm version of the kofta recommend to get the heating oils and the lighting for buffets. Although the set buffet menu 't concrete flatbread , we recommend having warm for the dips for a balance, or even the dips would hardly have been used. the brot looks like it came out of the refrigerator. the restaurant needs more hands on the customer service to reduce the pressure on a person. that's my first time at a Lebanese buffet I expected more meat to be issued and if I were an inexperienced stranger, I would have eaten something I didn't like. so signage labels would be helpful to find out what is eating, which is above all not getting many to taste middle east food. we ask why there is no more kofta/beef and the owner answered, there were unexpected guests, but it leaves an uneasy feeling for others who have paid for their share. because we thought they were more since it was a buffet. it's not an excuse. my, they a few people who seem disappointed with the serviettes, especially there were not enough bark and kofta left. it's pretty misleading for a Scopon voucher. the employees before the service avoid most time the counter and it leaves a bad impression on the restaurant. I saw that some people left and some could not even get the service. probably why some people could not get their attention to the refilling of the buffet. I also felt that my friend excessively the charge of a small bacclava in previous zomato menu says it $3) a piece of near east sponge cake and a Lebanese tee. $15 plus $10 withdrawal should be given this for free, as there were no top-up-up the bark and kofta and since we travel a pretty distance and need to wait extra 20mins plus to begin when we starve). to be honest, we both agreed that we would not go back. the owner should know the price instead of confirming with the cook. also I was really sick since this day and I think is because of the treatment of prep the food. looks good outside, but once they put in their bodies, they get symptome later. my dear is very sensitive to first reacting, so I think is link to large food poisonings. good points/backs: my favorite was the aromen of the dives is consistent and not salty like other Lebanese restaurant like beiyrut Lebanese; owner salman was friendly. we didn't really get a chance to talk to the chef about cultural difference, and they usually hid on the back in the kitchen. the meat bark, huh and kofta was tender and juicy) and not dry. salat was ok and the Lebanese rice cooking was ok seasoned and fragrant. I have to say well made on taste and consistency of food. it just has to be hot as if it just came out of the bbq, especially when meat is served. customer service and communication was a total shutdown in which I would rate 1-2 stars. total 1.5 for food not served hot . beware."
