"We had booked 48 hours in advance via the Google Map proposal. 24h before, by security I left a message on their answering machine to make sure that the reservation had arrived to them. No answer. In short we arrive at 9pm as agreed and there we are told that the reservation has been cancelled (in fact cancelled by email only 1h before... I hadn't seen). We left disappointed. We've been trying to stop us by finding us a last minute table but good... When we're told that google bookings aren't priority because we're billing on it, it's demotive."
