"This place was outstanding! Doesn't matter if you do hot or cold, they nail them both! Service was great. Food was amazing. Good luck not taking home some of your meal. Overall, the lighting in the place may have been a bit dark but I'd guess that might be intended to go along with the fireballs. And that is just my thoughts. I am sure others love the lighting. The atmosphere is great even with the lighting. We will 200% be back!"

"Every time I go, it’s a warm welcome. Has become a special escape for me and my husband to catch up. The food is the best Ive had in the fox valley and never disappoints. "FANTASTIC Having my relatives and both sides of the family from the South and generations going back in Mississippi and Memphis, I miss the true southern food. First time here, got the 2 meat plate with catfish and sausage and collard greens, hush puppiesand corn bread. The collard greens were amazing, the hush puppies were Perfect. Everything was perfect! Can?t wait to come backand try more!"

"I wish I would have gotten photos of this place. I love how coffee shops convert old downtown buildings. Tons of wide open seating here. They had a very nice selection of breakfast and lunch items. Was staying close by on business and stopped here 3 times. If I lived here this would be my go to coffee place."

"My husband and I adore Frio! Any ice cream treat with a churro in it is a okay with us. It gets pretty busy, so be patient- its well worth the wait! Frio supports animal rescues and holds fundraisers for them from time to time as well"

"Restaurant needs to be overhauled. It hasn't changed much over the years. Lately the wait time, especially during peak times, is an incredibly long wait due to being understaffed. The one time we got lucky and waited only 10 minutes, the bro who servedus seemed to almost try and push us out any time our hands left our plates. I get wanting to turn over tables and make money,but come on. Menu options were not anything to be like OMG we need to try that, or come back again and get this."
