"Cajun flavor in the midst of BBQ country! This was a nice change of pace. Our server brought out a six-gumbo sampler to start us off. Then we ordered deep-fried mushrooms, shrimp and grits with a lobster bisque sauce (yum! , and bayou shrimp over etouffee rice. We finished with Beignets for dessert. Good portions and lots of flavor."

"The food is good but not great. It is, though, the best option for Cajun here in Amarillo. I had the catfish which could have been a tad crisper/crunchier. Our server was fantastic and she brought a sampling of a few different gumbo and bisque selections. The lobster bisque was a touch too sweet for my taste. But it was still plenty good. All in all it's an excellent value, for sure."

"I ordered lunch here for my office and I'll tell you what Tina and Mr. Ron are wonderful! They were so sweet and their food is even better! I am rooting for this restaurant! And letting everyone know about it! Not that they need much help from me!
