"Cajun flavor in the midst of BBQ country! This was a nice change of pace. Our server brought out a six-gumbo sampler to start us off. Then we ordered deep-fried mushrooms, shrimp and grits with a lobster bisque sauce (yum! , and bayou shrimp over etouffee rice. We finished with Beignets for dessert. Good portions and lots of flavor."

"Beef Enchiladas were so-so (last weekend) however beef tacos and chicken quesadillas were excellent! Interesting. Will reevaluate soon...go early. They fill up fast for dinner<br/>Lunch on 2/17/17 was really good. Fast and friendly service. Texas stir fry was yum"

"After almost an hour of waiting they came out and said they ran out of crepes (the special), the food was complete for the rest of the table but they would have to remake another order. So I was able to watch everyone else eat. I was approached by several staff members in seemingly mocking tones for choosing not to order anything else, they did not offer to bring the scrambled eggs or toast I also had ordered with the crepes. But an hour to realize, more and more I am disappointed with the service of IHOP in several states but my daughter likes the pancakes. Not to mention when leaving the kitchen cook almost ran us over to leave the restaurant which was open 24 hours."

"Vegan food in West Texas? Damn right. And it?s good too. I got a quiche for Saturday breakfast. Unbelievable. Not sure if it was just egg or something like that but it was phenomenal. I also got their basic veggie burger and it was all around solid. Only real negatives is it is on the pricey end and it?s definitely takes a while. But it?s a really cool spot and I absolutely would go back."
