"Absolutely the best dinner of our entire trip! And we were IN ITALY first. The service, atmosphere, wait-staff, everything...was wonderful! The lentil/chick pea appetizer was smokey and delicious, cheese plate had mozzarella and basil that was extraordinary, plus wonderful local cheeses. The egg "soufflé", and tomato was perfect. THEN, two types of pasta that were divine with Italian sausage, followed by homemade raspberry and lemon sorbet. Lovely wine and great waiter! I feel terrible that I've neglected his name...probably due to the grappa at the end of dinner. He was patient and helpful. The dinner was "pay one price" and then several options to share. Highly recommend this restaurant and chef! Very convenient for any Rhine river location!"
