"I looked late and participated in a coworker called vincent. thay kerl is the most beautiful hotel reception staff I have ever met in my whole life. he deserves a wage rise! the room was so spacious, generously filled with drinks, chocolate-laden and its only 10 meters by sbb basel. when I'll come back to this hotel, be for vincent. keep the great hotel up!"

"Ein gemütliches, nettes Lokal mit feiner, gutbürgerlicher Küche; mit erlesenen, saisonalen Spezialitäten (die Spargelzeit kann kommen!). War schon öfters im Cent Treize. Die Mittagsmenues sind ausserordentlich abwechslungsreich, fein gekocht, saisonal, reichhaltig und preiswert. Das Personal ist immer ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Man spürt förmlich wie der Patron und seine Mitarbeiter für das Restaurant leben und mit viel Herzblut einen verwöhnen. Dazu gehört selbstverständlich auch, dass immer frische, regionale Zutaten verwendet werden. Mein Favorit: Spargelsuppe und Kalbsleberli mit Rösti (für mich weit und breit die beste Rösti)."
