"I cannot believe this company has changed from Brumbys to a private enterprise and they're not honouring Brumbys loyalty cards, even though it's the same person running the business. I was saving my points for Christmas, to be told yesterday that I can no longer use my loyalty card (which has about $30 on it) because of the take over. I was informed that I can use it at other Brumby stores which does me a lot of good living in Albany! I am disgusted that I was never informed of the upcoming change by any of the staff, even though all the long time employees knew what I was doing, as I frequent there at least twice a week. I will never frequent this store again. Purely out of principle! I feel totally ripped off!"
