"I’ve had their food three times. Food is great. Service is terrible. Placed and online order a week ago, went though and picked it up. Then today, placed order online said it went through, and when I went to pick it up they said “we don’t do online orders”. Uh, ok? You did a week ago. Only one person working anytime I’ve been in there. People dining were complaining that they hadn’t received drinks and had been sitting there awhile. Not interested in going and buying their food again."
