"Had their jerk burger and 2lb wings. Smithwicks on tap. The beer was just a little off somehow...not quite sure what it was, but tasted a little sour and just a bit flat. I suspect they haven't been cleaning their draft lines as often as they should. A well-run pub (and this one claims to be a best of British style pub) should make very sure they clean the lines regularly. Disappointing!The burger was good, the fries that came with it were very good! Delicious. The wings were also good, but we were disappointed in the portion size. 2lbs of wings turned out to be only 13 wings. They were fairly big, but somehow I suspect we didn't really get a full 2lb. A bit stingy on the dipping sauce too. Also, many other places will either include fries with their wings, or at least offer fries with them for just a dollar more. Here, you have to pay $5 for an order of fries if you want them along with your wings. The waitress was OK. Nothing special, not particularly attentive or friendly, but fine enough. The washrooms were very clean.So, overall we were happy enough with the taste of the food, but not very happy with their portions or pricing. Not at all happy with their draft beer."

"They are set up very well to maintain social distancing. Each table had plexiglass in between and seats were spaced apart. If you chose to sit on patio, it was heated and again every other table was used to maintain the distance and all staff wore their masks on at all times.My party felt comfortable dining there. Food was delicious, we all cleared our plates! No room for dessert but there were some good choices"

"It has lounges and a subtle division of different settings. It has billiard tables, standing area with tables but overall, a warm ambiance that I was not expecting looking from the outside. Food is good, servers are nice, price is reasonable. on that note; I note that this would be appealing to adults and not to minors. It's a fun place to be."

"Excessive cost cutting is so evident. Only one server for the whole dining floor. Poor lady was very nice and trying really hard! If owner thinks customers don’t notice you being cheap, you are wrong! Get your act together or you will be out of business before you know. I am surely never coming back here, despite being a Swiss chalet fan."

"We have visited this location several times and strangely enough; everything here is great except for the wings! The decor and atmosphere are excellent. While a little on the noisy side, the variety of big screen TVs is good. In particular, we have been very impressed by the way we have been treated when mistakes have been made with our orders; they have been corrected quickly and often with a refund or discount. The wings aren't the greatest (somewhat small and expensive) but the rest of the menu (particularly the wraps) is above average. We'll be back."
