Chandeliers Fine Dining - Saskatoon

I absolutely love the sushi, but they are pretty rude on the phone.

I ordered in from J Sushi on Friday night and I noticed the prices were high but was hoping that this meant the quality was awesome.

We went for my sisters 25th wedding anniversary. A small party of six. It was a lovely lovely evening. The food was indeed exceptional. The service even better. So we started with the appetizer plate and an order of crab cakes. Fast hot and succulent. The crab cakes were light and flavourful and the calamari exceptionally delicate and delicious. The ribs were fought over they were so good. With the delightful starters we awaited our entrees. Two Peacan Chicken, two Shrimp scampi, a Rack of Lamb and a vegaetarian pasta. All absolutely divine.The chicken was moist and the coating crisp. The lamb, according to the diner , was "done to perfection" and the fact that he picked up the bones and knawed on them at the restaurant ( no he was not raised Ina barn but he said it was that good" should tell you how good they were. My sister who has eaten in many a 5 star restaurant said that her Scampi was "the BEST she has ever had". And for my self, the vegetarian in the group, great great pasta. Lovely sauce delicate and flavourful. Great meal. And special kudos to our server ( hope I get her name right) Savanna . Perfectly attentive, read our table well, did her job with into lyclass but style and class and a grand sense of humour which with our table ,worked a treat. This is indeed fine dining in every sense. Prepare for a lovely leisurely delicious evening. Thank you for a great evening.

We celebrated our Anniversary at Chandeliers and we were not disappointed. The service, food and atmosphere were great for us to enjoy a dinner out. I would recommend Chandeliers and wouldn't hesitate to go again! We felt we got exactly what we paid for.

We had 2 appetizers and 2 meals here, and all were good. The best part of the meal was the smoked salmon appetizer, which comes with ample amounts of smoked salmon, pumpernickel bread, cream cheese, onions, hard boiled egg, and capers. It was great and well priced. The calamari was good, and our meals were good as well (steak and chicken). The steak was not quite as high quality as I was anticipating for the price though, and will be trying something else next time. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was nice and quiet.
