Chicken in the Rough - Sarnia

The chicken wings are fabulous Wednesday nights they have half-price chicken wings.

We have been eating at this bar and grill for years and decided to try their take-out tonight. It was way better than we expected and putting it in a preheated oven for a few minutes while we tossed a salad and set the table worked out really well.The chicken was still crispy on the outside and very tender and juicy on the inside. The shoestring fries were hot and I ate way more than I usually do when we eat at the restaurant. Go figure. For two of use we ordered: one half chicken dinner (includes roll, butter, honey, loads of fries) and one half chicken pieces (half a chicken quartered). We have left overs as well.

This is where North Sarnia goes for eat-in or take-out fried chicken. Great staff that are friendly and don't put on airs. There's a good vibe at the bar as well.

Some of the best chicken I have ever eaten, and the gizzards are unbelievable. I would and have eaten here again and again
