Ambiente muito bom, sala aprazível, vista mar, pessoal simpatiquíssimo. Bife de atum muito bem confeccionado à moda da Madeira. Espetada com carne dura e demasi...

The place was OK but it was mid winter so not much activity. We had a few drinks and snacks. Really nice sea view and some activity rooms to keep the kids busy.

"Don’t be put off by the rather bland entrance. Restaurant upstairs, is large, spacious and very attractive. The food here was just superb. I cannot recommend the fish soup enough. It was the best I have had anywhere, and could easily and happily had more as a main course. So saying, the lamb tagine was also excellent. We were the only diners there in a Tuesday evening, which was a shame as it did feel a little empty. We were in Funchal for 2 weeks and visited various restaurants in the old town, all except one were excellent, but this one which is a little more central is certainly worth visiting and had we found it earlier, would have visited more. They have only been open a year, and really deserve to do well. Well recommended."
