Ate lunch here yesterday. I was very excited to find a restaurant in Santa Rosa with Korean food. Tov Tofu was disappointing because my food lacked flavor. Even with the addition of a lot of their hot sauce it lacked flavor. The little trays of appetizers had no flavor. Too much sweetness to all the sauce. It’s a personal opinion but the sweetness don’t really elevate the sauce nor the sushi for me; the sweetness (sugar I presume) just taste like sugar separate from the sauce. read more.
