"We were excited when we moved here to have a McAlister's so nearby. And then we tried them. In our first year, we went several times. We used the app to order and then the drive thru to pick up. It was hit or miss. We tried the baked potatoes, but they were dried out and old. Sometimes the sandwiches weren't full of ingredients. After several tries, we basically just stopped going there."
