★ 3.7 / 5 from 314 reviews

A recent visit to Victoria Station left our party disappointed. Over-seasoned main dishes and thin asparagus sides were letdowns, with only the fish and chips receiving a mediocre rating. Despite promising starters like calamari and coconut shrimp, a long delay between courses and lackluster overall experience contributed to a tab of $225. On the flip side, Wa Jeal impressed with delicious and affordable lunch options, while a Chinese restaurant earned praise for fragrant, flavorful dishes and attentive service. Meanwhile, mixed reviews were shared regarding another waterfront restaurant's overwhelming menu and mediocre food. Overall, Victoria Station may not be worth a return visit, but Wa Jeal proved to be a hidden gem for a satisfying meal.

I haven't been here in over a decade. I loved it then and I love it now. Awesome location right on the water. Service was excellant as was the food. Best

The harbor-side location is nice, and I expect to put some premium for that, but they need to put more effort into the food.

Really the best chinese food of my life! The shrimp toast was aromatic and the outer flakes. The shrimp lo mein and spicy shrimp with peanuts were also great dishes. Our waitress managed not to make both dishes hot, but to keep all the flavors. Even the tea was fragrant and incredible. We'll be back.

We had several starters and main courses. We loved everything from authentic to regular Chinese dishes
