She went above and beyond and made me one of those new Wagyu burgers (that are surprisingly delicious btw) for me 5 min from close even though the sign said they were sold out after what I can only assume was a gruesome work shift. I like Arby's, but this location is... blah. It's okay, but my food is Never fresh. I've always received my food at even less than warm temperatures. The staff has always been nice and swift, but I they could step it up in the prep work to deliver better quality. The Roseville Arby's is my preferred location for fresh fast eats. read more.
