J'ai réservé deux nuits dans cet hotel sur Booking. J'ai reçu un mail 18 jours plus tard pour me dire que je n'avais plus de chambre. Lors de mon appel la personne au téléphone me dit qu'il n'a pas regardé son site et que du coup il me propose une chambre avec douche sur le palier. Aucun geste commercial proposé. Je lui explique que la faute vient de sa part et me répond qu'il peut pas faire plus.Inadmissible. read more.
