We arrived at our reservation time only to be informed they don’t accept reservations. Not sure where the disconnect between Open Table and Rio Grande is but we were left with the option to either wait 90 minutes for a table or go elsewhere. I checked the FB page for this restaurant, because the hostess claimed this is an ongoing issue and they tried to get Open Table to remove them but there was NO mention of any issue on their FB page, and they post frequently so clearly not very concerned with getting the word out. I’ll never go back!
As soon as I said I have a reservation they said “Our table isn’t legit. Sorry. It’s a 2 hour wait” couldn’t even accommodate us.
Not prepared for individual with handicap — most setting upstairs
The food was fabulous and the server was very good.
It was my first time at that restaurant and it'll be the last one. Super slow service, worst food ever. Everything was burned. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
