"We visited for dinner on a Tuesday evening in December and were lucky to find a table for 3 without a reservation. The interior is traditional and quirky and there is a good selection of food (with a focus on potatoes! . I had the deep fried goose with red cabbage and potato dumplings which was delicious. The beer was also tasty."

"We found the load at our second of five days in Rothenburg and have been here every day. the staff is friendly and helpful and is managed by a young family. the caffe has several large open spaces, making it stand out from most caffes of the city. if they want to be more in the open, a beautiful courtyard is also available."
