While some dishes like the veal fell short, the pizza, salads, and pasta were outstanding. The relaxed ambiance and friendly staff contribute to a memorable dining experience. The menu offers a variety of traditional Italian dishes, including delicious pasta options and delectable desserts. Overall, Gabriella's is a popular choice for both locals and visitors, providing a taste of Italy in a cozy mountain setting. The restaurant also caters to large groups and offers takeout options, making it a versatile dining destination.
Beautiful ambiance accompanied by spectacular cuisine. For starters I enjoyed a bowl of white bean and tomatoe soup topped with a grated cheese....delicious.Main course was a goat cheese and arugula ravioli in a light tasty lemon basil butter sauce. Perfection. For dessert I enjoyed two cream filled cannoli ...... Amazing. The house red wine complimented the meal reflecting my impression of an overall exciting experience. Service was fantastic. Definitely return.
You feel this is italian food in the winter mountain. so there is a smell of rums, in some food or deserts. we like the food who feels like you r in traditional italy. the service is a bit slow but is exptected for the small town. we still love it.
Wonderful character with delightful service for a very large group which ordered a combined 54 plates of starters, pasta and main courses. All was very very good except the veal, which struck out four times as burned or too tough. However, Gabriella apologized profusely and offered free deserts and drinks afterwards. The pizza was superb as ware all the salads and the pasta very very good. Great value for money for those of us coming from the USA.
My Italian friend has a second full kitchen in her house so she can properly feed her large extended family and friends. That's what Gabriella's felt like on New Years Eve. The restaurant accomodated our large group. The food was very good, nice sized servings for hungry skiiers, reasonably priced bottles of wine for thirsty skiiers. Gabriella was right there in the kitchen and found time to come out to check on us. I have no complaints but if you made me look for one I'd say lack of spumoni would be it. We liked it so much we ordered take out the next night and, again, everything was delicious.
Friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Comfortable. We ate there twice and both times they did not disappoint .Large potions and pizza that will keep the eastcoasters happy.
