I went to this restaurant with a group of friends. We ordered the 1.2 kilo steak to share and asked for "rare" doneness. There was a photograph of the doneness nearby so we just pointed at the "rare" photograph.Had to return the steak to the kitchen three times, as the meat was raw, not as in the "rare" pic.
