My wife and I stopped in the other day, I had the Sundae, she had the Fudge Brownie Delight. I wasn't impressed with the serving size, but lets be realistic, something soo good has lots of calories. thank goodness it was as small as it was. We would definitely go back, and try some of those other toppings and flavours of ice cream. View all feedback.

The staff here are miserable and rude. The older lady that is the owner/manager in particular. AMA members get a discount at all Marble Slab locations. I was paying for ice cream for my son and my wife’s name is on the AMA card, not mine. This lady would not apply the discount for me because it’s my wife’s card and not mine. Picked up a birthday cake from the Marble Slab. It was delicious and awesome. The cake was devoured in one sitting to our surprise and amazement. We ordered on line and picked it up on the day we needed. The only problem that we encountered was that the girl serving us did not seem that receptive to write "Happy Birthday" on it. She tried to find all sorts of excuses and finally just did it. To our humour she mis-spelled it and it said "Happy Birllday". Gave us a good laugh and still does!!
The ice cream taste watered down..... if that's even possible.... it was like sugary frozen skim milk not creamy at all :( not like a normal marble slabSadly the service was much worse than they ice cream. The manager of all people was making my cone and didn't mix it at all, I asked if she could mix it and she just stated yelling about how you cant mix it because it will melt the ice cream....... I pointed out that the marble slab that they mix the ice cream on is sub zero so they can mix ice cream with out it melting.... I even pointed out the thick layer of frost all around the edges of the slab.... but she just got louder and louder yelling that they can not mix the things they call mix-in into the ice cream because it will melt. It was actually a little frightening how loud and aggressive she got just over someone asking to have their ice cream mixed.

Friday night, the pickup time they gave me for my online order of one wrap was half an hour off. The wrap fell apart instantly (see the pic).
