Food is great, but employees don 't shout Welcome to Moe 's! They might mumble it for one out of every 10 groups that walk in the door. Pretty poor. I get that the workers are young, but that 's what made this place popular in Henrietta. What User doesn't like about Moe's Southwest Grill:
slow operation, the keerl ran out of guacamole, cheese and saw on me, it took 10 min to get more cheese, he went to a storage and came back with cheese (same gloves,) prepared food, tomato and wobbles, which he put with his hands! very bad operation. also the food taste was not good. read more.

"The dining area was small. They can serve 16 people so reservations are essentially mandatory. Street parking is required but we didn't have any issues finding a spot.I found the service here to be first rate. They were friendly and efficient. They brought out new plates between courses. My party chose the chef's tasting at a very reasonable 65 dollars per person. The chef came out to personally present each dish and explain some of his techniques and ingredients. This was a very nice touch."
