"I have eaten several times, then I would like to admit, so I tried to brunch, lunch, dinner and just a drink or two with the vibe. I will tell them meeal (which needs an increase that he lives here ryan, and brie has done nothing but an amazing mood and ambiente for a chill spot to have a meal the portions are huge as good every penny worth and not important how often they come here the special menu changes from midday to evening and again they will not be disappointed. "It was my first time eating Kirby's last Friday, I made an 8:30 PM reservation for my birthday just my boyfriend and I. We are both food connoisseurs, we were on an adventure to find a new place to have great quality Steak. We arrived at 8:00 PM, the staff was able to seat us early and it was very busy. I knew I wanted a Filet Mignon, my boyfriend ordered the Steak and Cake with a side of Au gratin Potatoes. He also had their soup of the day (I believe it was a lobster and cheese? I could be wrong) but he said that was amazingly good. When they brought out our food, everything was piping hot and delicious. My steak was overcooked. but the manager quickly threw another one and made us fresh potatoes. When they brought out the new steak, I couldn't believe how silky this meat felt in my mouth. It was almost like butter melting, so decadent I can't even begin to explain how different this experience was compared to ANY high end steak place we have been to. They even brought out a piece of fresh chocolate cake with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream on top with chocolate syrup and pecans. If I could give our waiter Armando 10 stars, I would. Thank you to all of the staff for making my birthday memorable. I will be coming back VERY soon."
