I went through and decided to see a breakfast place in Google maps and they drove me right. I had the house special cookies with gravure (melt cheese, tomatoes and peppers with eggs with cookies and one side of bacon). The service was very sincere and efficient. "My elderly mother and I waited for 10 minutes for a hostess to seat us. Then a young lady came pass (an apparent waitress) and stated I'll go get someone for you and then SHE NEVER CAME BACK. 20 minutes standing at the front of a restaurant, with my elderly mother, was not the way I wanted to have lunch. Needless to say; we gave up and left. SmhThanksUPDATE *Just throw the whole restaurant away at this point. Or start fresh with a brand new staff because once again I had a horrible experience with service at this location. My friend and I walked into the restaurant on or shortly before 8pm, at which time the bartender told us that they were only doing To Go food orders We then stated that we would only like a drink. To which, she walked off. Nothing else was stated. We then over heard her asking several other customers if they would like a refill or another drink and then she would again, walk away. So about 30 minutes of us chatting amongst ourselves, we asked about drinks and she states that they close the bar at 8. Well this was never explained to us and they continued to serve drinks while it was past 8pm. Why would we have sat there for 30 minutes for NOTHING????? We then requested the manager who stated that there was a note on the door stating they were only doing to go orders but it did not specify drinks. And when asked why that was not Noted on the Website, she became irritated and walked off!No wonder the restaurant is ALWAYS EMPTY and smells like Old Air! It's the negative energy from the staff that makes it a horrible place to have a meal or even just a drink.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME"

"Only a complaint is really not a complaint and that would be waiting due to COVID restrictions. We sat as soon as space was available. We were a large group of 9, but were sitting in close proximity to each other to allow conversations. Our waiter was Chipper and friendly. She checked us regularly during our meal. The food came out very quickly and tasted great. The restaurant as a whole managed to get people all will and quickly without ruining the quality of the experience."

"I have been to Taco Bell in South Florida for a long long time but this one caught my eye with customer service ..I.. The manager on duty (Bernard) [I think that was his name] went above and beyond in making it right .
