This place is sorry, and refused to give me a credit. How do you pay for one thing then get another. The cook's need to get more knowledge of portion's.Sad&lazy
Good down home cooking. Plenty of food and good prices.
We called and asked if they still have fresh fish on Fridays and were told yes we have flounder and catfish. So off we go in the rain. My meal and my husband’s were inedible and fish was obviously not fresh and cooked so much it didn’t taste like fish or anything particular. I noticed the French fries other people were getting were very white not cooked enough so I asked the waitress if they would cook mine a little more but it didn’t happen. It was not cheap but cheaply done. I had flounder and he had catfish. We are not complainer’s but for what we paid I just needed to share this.
We were in town for just one night and decided to stop in. We got in 30 mins before closing and the staff was great about it. We wanted some real food and this place delivered. We got fried chicken, fish, okra, fries and slaw. Wish they had bean items without pork Nothing was bad though.
First time dining in and won’t be the last . We enjoyed everything about it. Nice friendly staff some of the best food I’ve had anywhere. Prices are great too.
