"Food is great, but customer service is not satisfactory from some of the employees. We go frequently, and constantly need to remind employees to change gloves after touching check register. Sandwiches would taste better if mayonnaise was spread evenly on the bread. Drinks should be available so that the employees should not be bothered with having to get one from behind the counter"

"Used to love eating here. But I can no longer justify the price of the food. Yes, it's greasy as hell, but that's kinda what you expect. What is not expected is a not-so-great burrito costing $12 when you can get twice the quality of Mexican food from the locally-owned Hot Tamales right next door. The only reason I chose Federico's was the drive through. At the current price, I'd rather call ahead and eat at their competitors place, and it'll cost the same."

"We've been to the Lab a few times, always had a good experience. We usually run into folks we know, but it's also a nice atmosphere for some low-key conversation. It's a great neighborhood-type place with good beer and cider varieties and the food trucks help out on the food end. The service and overall vibe are friendly."
