Average Vietnamese fare on the Vic street strip. Spring rolls were a bit dry, and the dipping sauce was not that punchy. The same sauce served with the vermicelli, which left it a bit watery towards the bottom of the bowl. Also, the beef betel leaf lacked something...just ok nothing special.
