Very disappointed with the customer service in the bar, we were promptly seated, however then all waiting staff proceeded to clear tables and take drink orders from others and totally ignored us. Not what we were hoping as we were told that we would be...made very welcome as the bar at the hotel we were staying at was closed. Luckily found a very nice establishment with much better customer service. read more.
