I have reviewed this Earls before but i figured it needed another mention before the new happy hour begins at the end of july. Earls has THE best happy hour in all of Richmond. $3 can get you a 12 oz draught beer, a well highball or a taco. Our fave is the $7 sicilian pizza. Its a thin crust. Very close to a new york pizza.
