"I’m begrudgingly writing this review, as once you have been it’s the kind of place you want to be your best kept secret!! From the moment you step through the door you’re met by a young vibrant, enthusiastic (but not over the top) team. The menu is perfectly balanced and not overwhelming. We were lucky enough to be sat downstairs close to the well organised hustle and bustle of the kitchen, the atmosphere was great. Every dish that left the kitchen looked amazing. Just for the record I shared the mushrooms and Calamari for starters and had the Lamb kebabs.. all of which were amazing. Congratulations to all involved in this venture you have delivered an unpretentious friendly dining experience, which leaves you wanting to come back for more. The only downside to the venue is that I don’t live close enough!!"

"A nice clean place, great food, and friendly staff. The Worston Whale, is positively the largest battered fish, that I've ever eaten. I've gone past this place many times, but previously never stopped. I would certainly recommend a visit to here."

"First time we've been in since this new Microbar opened. Very glad we did, this a lovely and pleasant place to sit and talk with friends with a nice drink. Good range of alcoholic drinks and also coffee for earlier in the day. Friendly staff to boot. Recommended."
