Cute little place tucked away in Reno Small but quaint Sat at the bar for quicker service Bartender was not overly personable but he was trying his best to get our food out on time Unfortunately we were in a hurry to get to a show and it took More than 40 minutes to get our sliders so had to take them to go Comped them and added a free dessert

Impeccable service, clean restaurant, food was amazing (can’t recommend the bacon wrapped dates enough). I can’t wait to go back.

They were understaffed and having personnel issues when we dined at the bar. Two people to serve 50ish people. Luckily the manager (guy in Hawaiian shirt) but he didn't offer any help to the staff, not even to run drinks or seat people. He just sat at the bar with his coffee and listened to both staff members complaining about each other. Gosh, I would love to support Sierra St, but the experience was ruined for me. They could have doubled my bill with more tapas and drinks but the last 45 minutes no one checked on us. No one was behind the bar to ask on our own for more drinks and food. So we left and went around the corner. I hope they can figure out the problem, but there are too many options for us to retry this restaurant.

We ordered sliders, wrapped dates and Mac and cheese. The buns on the slider were burnt. The meat had a great seat, however it was raw in the middle. Mac and cheese wasn’t very cheesy. Wrapped dates were VERY GOOD. I feel that the value was not equal to the cost.

Really disappointed by the service and eating. there was a hurry because people eat before a show near. there were many open reservations on open table. it took about 5 minutes before we were greeted and 20 minutes before we sat down. has not eaten an hour after our reservation. they were made from several of the items on the menu (ten, reserve ribs, burrata.) it would have been great if each server manager realized how long the food took or that they were sold out so many articles by making us brot or a round drink. nothing has been done to recognize the problems. also tables around us were upset. we asked for additional bread with a court and it was about 30 minutes later at the end of the meal, and we were calculated extra for it. really disappointed.

The restaurant in question appears to have mixed reviews, with some diners praising the delicious food and great service, while others express disappointment with the quality of the dishes and service. Some customers enjoyed the flavorful dishes such as scallops in orange sauce or lobster ravioli, while others found the food lacking in taste and portion size. The service also received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating the attentive staff and others complaining about long waits and management issues. Overall, it seems that the experience at this restaurant can vary, with some customers having a great time and others feeling let down by their visit.

Made a reservation for dinner downtown on the fly. We have been here once before and really enjoyed it. We arrived on time and were greeted by our friendly wait staff and we were seated right away. Our server was attentive and outgoing. He was a pleasure to work with. I started with the beet salad And my wife had bacon wrapped dates. These appetizers did not disappoint. Good size portions and extremely delicious. For dinner, I enjoyed the filet mignon with shrimp and my wife had the short ribs. The meat was tender and juicy and of a five-star quality. The wine list was excellent quality and still affordable. They also offered gluten-free options! I highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant/bar when in downtown Reno!

Tapas selection was great! We all really enjoyed the tapas including bacon wrapped dates, beet salad, crab cakes, mac cheese and prime filet tips. Service was also great and after dinner, the chef came out to make sure we all enjoyed our meal. Atmosphere also comfortable. We have gone a few times and always a great experience.

Super nice and courteous server and chef came to our table to confirm that food was prepared to our satisfaction — food was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Wonderfully fresh, well made, delicious, as well as excellent plating and timing. Not to mention the Michelin level service! I highly recommend this experience. Coming soon to some foodie magazines!

Was walking around downtown reno and was hungry for lunch. Saw this place and decided to give it a try. It turns out that this restaurant was fully booked that day and they weren't expecting walks in and it was reservation only. As a tourist, we didn'tknow you had to make reservations but the dude at the bar was very nice and let us dine in anyways and even turned other peoplearound and even waited on us. This man deserves a raise although we don't remember his name. Food was tasty and would highlyrecommend duck nachos. Very friendly staff.

Always love this place, especially the bread from the lemon garlic shrimp dipped into the prime tip filet sauce. Amazing. Additionally, I wanted to shoutout our amazing service experience there this past week. On Monday they were slammed andonly had two individuals working, manning the tables bar between them. While it took them a minute due to how busy they were, they served with a smile, suggested items and were overall awesome. They handled an overwhelming service time with grace stillhelped to fuel an awesome experience. Will for sure be back.

I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant, largely thanks to our waitress who deftly managed five tables while also making cocktails and serving food. She did an amazing job! Our group of five ordered a wide variety of tapas. The standout dishes for us were the Kobe sliders with fries, the tuna tartare, and the seared scallops. However, we weren't as impressed with the duck sliders, the tomatoes with prosciutto, or the mac and cheese. On a positive note, we absolutely loved the desserts, especially the bananas foster, crème brûlée, cheesecake, and salted caramel gelato. The desserts were also the best value on the menu. Unfortunately, the entrees didn't justify their prices. As for the decor and ambiance, they were quite unremarkable. The restaurant is located right in downtown, which makes street parking a challenge, but luckily there is a parking garage just across the street. Overall, it was a decent experience; I would likely just go back for takeout desserts.

We chose to sit outside because we brought our dog, but the atmosphere was not very pleasant. People often walked by so closely that it felt intrusive. The metal patio furniture was uncomfortable as well. Our waiter seemed a bit awkward; he frequently stood behind us without speaking and was hard to understand when it came time to place our order. He also seemed unable to describe some of the menu items. On a positive note, the beverages were the highlight of our visit. They were full of flavor and matched their descriptions perfectly. We ordered the Kobe sliders and duck nachos. While the Kobe sliders were juicy, they were overly seasoned and quite overpriced for what you get. I would recommend the duck nachos instead. I enjoyed them, though my boyfriend wasn’t a fan of the thicker chips.

One star because there's no option for zero. The traditional Caesar salad served here is a mere shadow of what it should be—just a basic green salad with a crouton and shredded parmesan cheese. And to top it all off, it was ridiculously salty. This is by far the worst American restaurant I’ve ever tried. My friends ordered other dishes, and they were equally disappointed. I think the kitchen needs a serious makeover—Gordon Ramsay should visit urgently! Avoid this place while you still can.
