Wahrlich schade, denn es hörte sich gut an mit "Zutaten aus der Region" und "Gutbürgerlich" aber ich wurde enttäuscht. Den einen Stern gibt es für das Fleisch, das gute Qualität hatte und für die Zubereitung dessen, den anderen für die Portionsgröße.
