Edo Japan - Regina

Edo is such a great place to eat, we love it!! We always order the Sukiyaki Beef (our fav)So full of flavour just so so delicious. Such friendly people work here always smiling. Your wait for your order is not long at all, and it comes to you served hot!

We have been eating at this Edo location since it opened. We have enjoyed this location mostly because of the owners. The lady who owns/runs this particular one is always so warm and welcoming. She always remembered us when we would come in and welcome us with a big smile. She typically knew what our regular order way (haha maybe we ate here to often) and always laughed with surprise when we changed our order, every once in a while. The food was always consistent, fresh and hot. I am not sure if the owner isn't there anymore or if we just miss her, but we haven't seen her as frequently. Still enjoy this location but miss her smiling face :). I typically get the chicken yakisoba with extra vegetables and my husband gets the beef yakisoba. The sushi is also a good option. The Udon soup is great on a cold day!

I usually have the Chicken and Beef stir fry, and it's always great. Although I sometimes eat sushi, I never had them at Edo Japan. The combo #5 usually fills me up. I also have their veggie spring rolls.Today was interesting, as some of the employee' or owner's were both working the till. They were really good at it too! It was very funny to have a professional restaurant order taken by kids. They sure were good at it! The meal was as expected very delicious. Gotta love than hot sauce!

In front of the Mercure Hotel. Distinguished place and very nice food. Not a cheap restaurant but still affordable.

There were no clean tables available to sit and eat. The employees had their children in the kitchen area. The staff also ate in the dining area meant for customers and left their dirty dishes on the table when they were done. I will not be dining at this restaurant again.
