Contribute FeedbackThe Redmond Brick House Restaurant offers a beautiful atmosphere and outstanding service with well-prepared food. Despite being a bit noisy, it is a great place to celebrate special occasions. While some find the prices to be on the high side, the quality of food and service are generally well-received. With a range of options from steaks to seafood, visitors can enjoy a variety of tasty meals and appetizers. Although some long-time customers feel the food quality has declined over the years, the staff's attentiveness and friendly service continue to impress diners.
I'm a local who has been here dozens of times over the last decade. For the longest time, this was the only true steakhouse-experience in Central Oregon. I used to love the food but, these days, I find the food underwhelming for the price. The selection is uninteresting, and the food tends to lean toward the bland. However, the staff is excellent and, if you're OK with a loud echo-y atmosphere, have the money to spend, it's still a decent spot to get dinner.
I have had very good dinners in the past. This tine I order the New York and was disappointed to find the cut not to Brickhouse standards. There was a large vein of grissle through the middle. I will go back for dinner but steer clear of the New York.

Great food, service, and ambiance! I normally sneak in at the bar and have an appetizer and hang out for a bit, but also love doing a steak and a nice sit down dinner. The atmosphere is perfect for bring clients or a date night with the lady.
Excellent dinner and cocktails, as always! One of our favorite places to have dinner when in the area.
