DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant - Red Deer

I really do think they have a great burger. I don't normally drink milkshakes but I had a coupon for a free one if I bought a burger. It was so thick I couldn't drink it with a straw. I had to use the straw lie a spoon. What ever happened to shakes you could drink with a straw?????

DQ is a piece of history. They have great combos as well as good service. Spotlessly clean. really enjoyed the hamburger. I don't go often enough!

It had been years since we visited a dairy queen. The staff were friendly. The food was delivered to our table, hot, fresh and tasty. The bathroom was spotless, in fact all of the restaurant was very clean. We didn't have any ice cream at this time, but looking around at the number of people enjoying ice cream dishes, I can see it is well liked. We certainly will go back to this restaurant.

My husband stopped at the drive thru on his way home from a meeting and purchased three banana splits. The bananas were so green the girl had a hard time getting them out of the peel. She sent them with us anyway. Bananas were not edible....kind of messed up the split. Would have rather been told and ordered something else.

The Skor ice cream pizza is only available in Canada, I believe and is delicious and wonderful. A fun occasional treat. We would never eat a meal here though, as they only have fast food.
