To make matters worse, someone pretended to be us and took our table, and we were informed about this. It's a shame because this restaurant had the potential to be so much better.

Requesting more... read more This restaurant has deteriorated significantly since the new owners took over. The serving staff is lazy and clumsy, resulting in slow service. Requesting more bread took 15 minutes, causing the cooked Brie to turn hard. The shared steak was lukewarm and the triple cooked potatoes were hard. Despite being a longtime patron, I will not be returning after my recent disappointing experiences.

Was a great shame as go there regularly and is always good.£250 bill wasn’t worth it . When hubby approached manager no compensation was agreed deeply saddened as is on my door step and sadly won’t be returning.
