How can an Italian restaurant not have good pizza? I shared one of the worst ever with my daughter the other day. The crust tasted like and had the texture of wet cardboard. "My family and I enjoyed a wonderful authentic New Mexican dinner at the Ranchos Plaza Grill. Most of us ordered variations of the stuffed sopapillas which came with an extra sopapilla that we ate with honey. The service was outstanding and there was plenty of parking. The restaurant is next to one of our favorite churches and there are plenty of photo opportunities."
