I cant give this particular store and it 's management nothing but 5 stars!!! ????? Had an issue last time I came in on October 20th and the manager (Alicia or Anelicia? Apologies for not remembering! But Thank you so much for everything! , Called me infor a redo on 10/26/2023 and I must say I am beyond impressed with how she was able to go over exactly what happened a few daysago, and was able to let me know she won 't be to harsh with reprimanding her staff that helped me before. (they messed up prettybad with me before but I still didn 't want them to get into too much trouble, just to maybe be reminded how important it is toexecute great customer service and food standards skills a little more for future reference . I wanna say thank you again foryour help today ma 'am, you went above and beyond and thank you for being so top notch about your own and your staff 's quality ofservice and customer satisfaction in the rancho Cordova area. If you 're nearby the 95670 area or surrounding please give them atry and Please tip if you 're able to. they 're all working overtime now and I was informed they are short staffed due to newmanagement and various other changes. But the manager is making sure they won 't miss a step again and that 's the kind of storewe need in this area, and need to continue to support. You guys are the best zinfandel Wingstop location and earlier I wasn 'tplanning on coming back but after today I know you guys are gonna be the best you can be more and more everyday and that 's allit takes to keep customers coming. the product I can get anywhere, but the service and atmosphere, and love you can taste in thecooking is what I and other foodies come out of our way for. If I could give this place 0 I would, the staff in complete confusion. I order door dash for pick up they told me my order was ready before I got there. Upon arrival was told 15-20 minutes to wait, inquires after 25 minutes revealed they had not started.Complete dazed confusion in the kitchen sprinkled with a total lack of consumer service. I'll take my business to the elkgroveflorin branch this one sucks. And they gave me a 30 pack order in a ripped bag almost lost the whole thing on the way out thedoor but I caught it. They thought that was funny.
If I could give this place 0 stars and hope NO ONE ever visits it again, I would totally do that. The fact that there was no management to take care of the situation was infuriating. I had an order of $130+ and when I was tired of waiting, 45 min pastthe already 40-45 min wait, I requested my money back and I was told I?d have to wait til the next day when there was a manageravailable. And even then it would be a few days before I received my money back. I continued to wait, all to take the food backto my family who was only 5 minutes away to cold, missing, tasteless wings! Infuriating is the nicest way I can put this commentas to not say worse things. Lack of urgency was missing, lack of customer service, over all dissatisfied!!!!
Think there?s new ownership. Understaffed and took over an 1h30m to get 10 wings. For was supposed to take 30 minutes, waited an additional 15 minutes and asked to check on how much longer and they said an additional 10-15 minutes.. get dinner or a quickbite at other places, definitely not here until ownership does better
