Dined here with my family on a week night. Great range of choices and reasonably priced. Very tasty and generous serves. Our waitress was very helpful and seemed to be kept busy all night. While I watched the other waitress sitting behind the counter drinking a can of coke and just lounging around.......not very professional or a good look. read more.

We used to be regulars at the New Cathay and wanted to re-visit it. Food was OK, expensive compared to previous visits, serves smaller. However, I am sure that we would have enjoyed it more if the staff smiled, automatically provided wine glasses when they saw customers had bottles of wine - after all it is a BYO.
