While some found the food to be just okay and a bit pricey, others declared it to be the best Indian cuisine they've had outside of India. Dishes like Aloo Gobi, chana masala, and sweetsepakora have been praised for their delicious flavors and generous portions. The restaurant is also praised for accommodating dietary needs, like offering vegan options. Many diners have highlighted the attentive service and the engaging nature of the owners. While some found the spice level to be manageable and perfect for enjoying the taste and spices of the dishes, others enjoyed the buffet offerings and the delightful Mango Pudding. It seems this restaurant is a gem in Pueblo that is worth a visit for a special occasion or simply a delicious meal with friends or family.
I loved the atmosphere and staff was friendly. Personally thought the food was okay and was expensive. I got the Aloo Gobi (better the next day) and vegetable pakora (potatoes and cauliflower). Check FB for hours, not website.
I was in Pueblo for work. Vegan options are slim pickings around these parts, so I was happy to learn how vegan friendly they are. They made a vegan Aloo Saag for me. It was flavorful and spicy, just how I like it. It was a good sized portion. They also give you a ton of rice with your order. I’d return to try more options when in Pueblo again.
I wasn't sure if I was in the mood to go out to eat, but they put me in the mood!! So good. I got the Aloo Gobi that came with rice the Roti bread and my my my. You have to specify to make it vegan, like you can do to any of their Vegetarian options. They just make sure to use coconut milk if needed. The Roti was the only vegan bread and it was good I have LOTS of rice and some bread left over. Could split my meal between 2 people if you really wanted. Coming back with my family later.
Any vegetarian dish can be made vegan on request and everything I’ve had is delicious! You’re not able to indicate vegan on delivery apps so if you want a to go order, you do need to call in.
I loved the atmosphere and the staff was friendly. I personally thought that was okay and was expensive. I have the aloo gobi (better the next day) and sweetsepakora (potatoes and flower cabbage). check them fb for hours, not website.
