Overall, the food was quite brilliant. I tried the Cazuela de mariscos who had a very light and pleasant taste. The sauce was also quite brilliant, I would definitely order something on the side for this dish like rice or tostones. I also had the land air and seaboard with Churrasco, which was also surprisingly good. All meats were well seasoned and the salad in the middle was excellent. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Punta Cana Bistro:
2nd dining in. The ambience was good, food was not bad. Service can improve. They have a lady and her daughter and it would help if they were a little more professional with outfit as well as efficiency. The second time we waited almost 15 mins to get water and then 15 mote to be able to order since they only had 1 person serving on a Saturday. My second experience was disappointing, not sure if coming back.
Save yourself some time and avoid this restaurant. It took 30 minutes just to get a menu and water, then another 50 minutes for appetizers to arrive, followed by an hour for our entrees. In total, we waited nearly two and a half hours for a mediocre meal.
This place is sooo quality, drinks always satisfy, food is on point, always hot and fresh made. Atmosphere is good for any occasion, it is romantic date night or only drinks with the girls. This is always my way to see, and I'm not even crazy about Dominican food, I just love it here. The staff is so friendly and so helpful, but not transferred.

Good food, service was good. I love the Mofongo, I ordered to take home. You give you the opportunity to pay for when you call or pay when you are there. I recommend
I absolutely adore the cuisine at this restaurant! The dishes are all made from scratch and are incredibly delicious. The staff is very welcoming and the flavors are authentic. While the prices may be higher than your average Dominican restaurant, the quality makes it worth it. My go-to dish here is the Mariscada, but I also loved the Chorrasco. I ordered it medium and it was cooked perfectly. The tacos have a bit of an American twist to them as well.
