I came in for an early lunch and someone was ordering 6 subs which took a few minutes. Apologetic staff for the delay but it was no big deal. Sandwich special for $6 for a foot long. Great tasting meatball sub. Great service from the staff including running to the door to help someone in a wheelchair. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Subway:
I have eaten here several times this month and the value of their daily sub special just can't be beat for the foot-long. But I have to talk about the cleanliness of this restaurant and in my opinion it is quite sub standard although behind the counter they appear to be cleaning frequently. The restaurant is decent, the servers are working hard and are efficient. The food is average, as expected from Subway. It seems like the corporate has compromised on quality to increase profits for upper management. However, I used a gift card and the meal was well-prepared and tasted fine. If you're craving Subway, this is a decent option.
I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and the staff always manages to make my challenging sandwich just the way I like it. I know it can be tricky because I used to work there a long time ago, but they are always friendly and fast. I usually place my orders online for pickup, and they always recognize me by name.
Disappointing! As prices increase, the quality decreases. Head to Pita Pit instead, where you'll at least get value for your money.
I gave 3 starsAs I've observed and many places including subway.They don't change gloves.While prepping they go on touching trays from the floor, doors and handles etc... then return to finish assembling food. With the same gloves.On a good note most of the sandwich was good . I don't include Lettuce as I can taste the preserves in food.And the tables can be cleaned more often.
Absolutely terrible employees, they are all extremely rude, and nowhere close to professional. A customer service lesson or two could do these employees some good.
