This is the best of the three Vietnamese restaurants in Prince Rupert I've tried.I had the seafood vermicelli noodle Pho and fried spring rolls, both served hot and tasted great.The first time I've had spring rolls so thin, they would be better if thicker.Overall, a good place for a meal. read more.

In beautiful weather you can even have something in the outdoor area.

What LLHH doesn't like about Bamboo Shoot:
Came in for a quick lunch. Ordered the chow mein lunch special. Tasted OK. Nothing special. Chow mein a little bland tasting. Good personable service. The soups seemed to be pretty popular. Good place but would try another item next time. read more.

"This is a nice Vietnamese restaurant located on 3rd Avenue of Prince Rupert. It has simple furnishings and decor. The service is friendly and good. The prices are reasonable. We tried their Stir Fried Shrimp and Squid with Rice and a Cheese Burger with French Fries and both tasted good. We would visit again if we had stayed longer in Prince Rupert."

"We were happy to pay a bit more due to pandemic but they removed all the good curries and JACKED the prices. Boring butter chicken went from $18.50 (which is already pricey) to $23.50!! If you order on Spyce, the food delivery app, it's $27 . TWENTY SEVEN DOLLARS. uhm....Do a quick google of indian takeaway in Manhatten. The same dish is $19. Vancouver $17. Insane. This was our favourite restaurant. We're not made of money. Just crazy."

"Absolutely incredible - eating, setting and service. We wouldn't have had a better experience here. My mother and I each had the Fukasaku flavors that were amazing. Their commitment to the procurement of local and sustainable products is on the cake. We had only one whole day in Prince Rupert and I was on the way between Fukasaku and Opa Sushi (which is also excellent). I got Grandpa for lunch, that was nice, but more casual. I'm so glad we had our supper here in Fukasaku. Make sure to check it!"
