Went in for the lunch buffet. Good price at $10. Great service from the 2 servers. Continually cleaning plates and doing refills. Also doing the cash. Several pizzas as well as several types of salads and dessert pizzas. All very good. Lots of selection. They...were out of 1 of the dessert pizzas when I went up and I asked if another was coming. They said 5 minutes. They came and told me when it came out. Very good e... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Pizza Hut:
I was not satisfied with my experience at this restaurant. I gave them a second chance by ordering twice, but both times I was disappointed. The toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed on the pizza, some slices even had no toppings at all. While they were fast, I would have preferred to wait longer for a pizza made with more care and attention to detail. I was particularly disappointed as I have had great exper... View all feedback.

I called in my order 1/2 hour before I would be there to pick it up. First thing is the guy on the phone could not get my number right, he asked for it 4 times. Finely got he got it. Then I gave him my order. He gave me a total and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up there 25 minutes later, gave him my name asked if my order was ready, I was informed no it was not. I said you have to kidding me, he said no it's not ready. I said while cancel the order please as I can't wait. This is the third time this has happened to me. Now I will not be going back there. It only runs good when the manager is there, other wise the staff he has running it on s Sunday just don't care, at this rate soon you'll see another building empty from poor service. I will be spreading the word as to the service at Pizza Hut, and I am in the transportation sector so good luck Pizza Hut.
Ordered for delivery. We were told 40 minutes which we thought was reasonable. Food was there in just under 30 minutes which was a good surprise. Pizza as expected as were the bread sticks. Same as what we were use to from Pizza Hut.Cookie pizza was a hit for the kids.
Looking for a family friendly meal we checked out the local Pizza Hut. I checked their site, saw what looked to be a great deal, and placed my order. At the online checkout the meal turned out to be considerably more expensive than was advertised, thinking this was an error I called the store. The staff told me to try the site again and perhaps the price would correct itself, and that the order could only be placed online. Having the site open before me I replied that the site did not state that it was online only, whereas other deals did. He assured me he couldn't honour the price as the till wouldn't let him ring it in, but if the site didn't work after another try he would do a price over ride. I told him I had already tried the site several times and would just like to order as I had him on the phone right now. He put me on hold, came back and said they would not honour the price. I assured him a very negative review would show up on a popular site if they refused to honour their stated price. He told me again they would not make the food or accept the price, I hung up. They called me back and now said they would honour the price. The food was actually quite delicious when it arrived and pleased the whole family. This was more the shame when I tried to order again about two weeks later. Thinking the pricing problem may be solved by now I used the site again but was faced with the same problem. I checked carefully to see if the deal was online only and saw again it was not. I called and had staff again tell me they would not honour the price. I told them of my previous experience and how the problem was solved. The staff used my phone number to check my previous order and stated the online price was high because of the toppings I chose, somehow increasing the price by approximately $15, even though the toppings selected were an option presented on the site. She told me perhaps I could just order cheese pizzas online and then tell them what toppings I wanted over the phone, and perhaps that could get me the food I wanted. I stated the whole process was absurd and informed them a different restaurant would get my order. In my probably thousands of experiences of eating out or ordering in I can not think of a more idiotic situation than I was faced with. A restaurant, twice refusing to make food they had in stock and refusing to honour a clearly stated price. I can not think of why a restaurant would twice turn away local customers, we order food on an almost weekly basis and pizza is not an uncommon choice. What a let down, and probably the highest frustration I've ever encountered with an eatery. Dominos got the order and will probably get my money going forward. An inability to honour your own website pricing in this day and age is fairly ridiculous and of course in the competitive world of pizza delivery if you will not make good on your stated offerings, someone else will. As it was ordering online from the competition was absolutely easy, accurate, and delivered timely, without the need for a phone call or threats of complaints. Get with it Pizza Hut, you've already closed in Prince George before, refusing to serve customers isn't the way to stay in business.
