"Here you hardly get a hot and ready pizza. You usually have to wait. Usually 30 minutes waiting time. Sometimes longer. If you happen to get a hot and ready pizza, you get either a pizza that looks like its reheated pizza, taste like 2 days old, or the crust is not done all the way. 1 of 20 visits here you will get a great pizza. It is really tired to wait forever for a pizza that is accepted to be hot and ready to not order and wait 30 minutes to get a pizza. You need to learn the meaning of Hot and Ready."

"The food here is great. I got a hot dog and it remembered the hot dogs we got when I was a kid. My daughter really liked her chicken sandwich. My wife was not satisfied with her fish as it was overcooked. Fish should be a bright golden color, not brown. It dries when boiled. The place was full, so service was slow, and the dining room was a mess, including a huge puddle of spilled pop that no one visited. But good food means a lot. I will have gone back"

"I mean, it was ok, but it got really crowded after school let out. Was disappointed in my food. Had the exact same order as I did about a week ago, in the Hazard store. That one was fresh piping hot! This time, at this location, not so much. But did get plenty of bread sticks!!!"

"It would be better if they developed a system for call-in orders, unlike people in the drive-thru waiting for their call-ins. After we said that, this was the best meal we have been getting from there for a long time. If a 5-star had been a better system for orders."
