We wouldn’t have chosen this restaurant from the exterior but with limited choice in Mira we thought it might be ‘authentic’ and worth a try! It was superb, the fish dish we had was oven baked cod with potatoes and onions, rather like a lamb...hotpot with fish not meat! The depth of flavour was amazing. The service was really good and friendly. The best meal in Portugal so far!!! read more.

"I travel to Barra every summer with my family. We make this a stop every trip. I will agree with many comments made here timing for turnaround can be disappointing; staff friendliness could be improved, etc. One thing is certain the pizza is very good. The original when you couldn’t find a pizza at all this was the place. Competition has increased with a couple of new establishments in Barra to likely give them a run. Hopefully they continue to make high quality pizza given such."
