Food was delicious as always, but, no fault of the staff, the service was n out great. It was obvious they were understaffed, with massive queues out the door and long wait times for food and drinks. Took ten minutes to be seated despite having a booking for the time we arrived because of the under staffing chaos. Good food. Awful service. Had to get someone’s attention at every point. Drinks came after food and they had a service charge on the bill that we had to ask to be removed. Was busy at the start but even when it became quieter no one was paying any attention. Just seemed there was no communication between the team.
