Lovely spot! Friendly, helpful staff, very fine coffee, and the WORLD 'S BEST CARROT CAKE. The vegetarian panini 's have baffling names. I had the Naughty Nanny , and it was delicious. View all feedback.
What Michael K dislikes about Two Whales Coffee Shop:
30 mins for a breakfast sandwich, which was then given to the customer after me, I assume, by mistake. The coffee was good can’t say anything about the food because I wanted to stop aging in place and left.
This place is a real find. A hidden gem on the road to Port Rexton. They have their own garden, grow fresh lettuces, raise hens for eggs, and offer very fresh ingredients. Try their homemade lemonade! Lovely soups and salads too.
The food was delicious and there were lots of options, but it's not very baby friendly. It was a bit a of a wait to get a seat. We were traveling with our 6 month old baby and he needed to have his diaper changed. The change table was a bit dangerous as it was home made and had no straps to secure him. The high chair that was available was a very old wooden children's chair and the only thing they had there to secure a baby was a women's scarf. We attempted the high chair with our son and he was able to kick the chair back on 2 legs so my husband had to hold it in place while we ate. I would eat here again, but without the baby.
Very nicely decorated, nice service, good! coffee and delicious sweets - located right on the street with a view of a bay
I was not expecting to see some fab art work on display. The place does have wifi, great coffee and if you have teen boys...the ratio when I went was 10 hot girls to every boy.
Best place if you are gluten free. Delicious desserts! Friendly staff We went twice for coffee
